PTC's basic Creo Design Essentials package now includes the Creo Human Factors Extension and the Creo Human Factors Analysis Extension (both referred to as Creo Manikin).

Creo Manikin supports a human-centric approach to design by allowing a designer to add a 3D digital human model to their 3D CAD product model.

The manikin provides an accurate representation of human physical characteristics, such as:

physical size and shape (height, weight)
vision (human-eye POV)
movement (ergonomics of a human)
strength and comfort (according to age, health)
